Happy New Year everyone! This past week I spent a lot of time in the kitchen and in the yard getting a lot done and feeling productive. Here’s the first week of the new year:


NYE spent at the Casbah with the Raveonettes. What could be better? Easily one of my favorite NYE parties. Definitely in my top 5.


The boys like to take it easy enjoying the winter light as they attempt to sun themselves.


Crepe batter to be whipped into breakfast.


Necessary tool for deck building.


Working on a new recipe (coming soon) to share. Obviously, The tasting part is the most fun.


Morning coffee and a quiet moment to browse a new cook book.
