Somebody please tell me where all the hours in the day go… There’s usually ample time to do the ho-hum daily scheduled musts. There are NEVER enough hours in the day to squeeze in more exciting and stimulating activities like bike rides, reading, gardening, cooking/baking, going to museums, out to eat, walks, hanging out with pets, traveling, or enjoying the day without a mile long to-do list. I can’t believe it’s Fall already!
While the days are still warm, let’s take a look back at some highlights of summer:
Our first successful crop of sweet corn was so good, we ate most of it raw. Right off the cob.
Nights at the Hollywood Bowl. A plus with a fireworks show at the end!
Breakfast at Cafecito Organico. Those blueberry muffins were the best I’ve had in a long time. The fact that they were fresh and warm made it even more enjoyable.
Watching bike races at the Velodrome with a bottle of wine and some pizza. This is living.
Our first show at the Lowell Davies Theater. This place is awesome. Nice and compact, open roof and lots of people. Can’t wait for next summer and new shows.
